Formosa Pouchong is a delicate oolong from the northern region of taiwan.

Fresh and lively-light astringent finish.

Situated just an hour from Taipei, the Pinglin Township with its small population of 6000 or so is the centre of Formosa Pouchong production. The town is accessible only by one tiny road, lined on both sides by workshops where artisans produce and pack Pouchong.

Its light oxidation process leaves it with green tea characteristics.

Steep 2-3 mins at 80°C (175°F)
