Kokeicha

Kokeicha “formed tea” is a unique Japanese green tea made from a green tea paste based on Matcha.  Water is added to the tea powder, kneaded,  and funneled through a small holes producing thin pine needle-like leaves. Once dried, the tea needles are cut into small pieces. Kokeicha infuses into a light, smooth-tasting tea with green-nutty notes.
